At the feet of "Mendicanti" bridge you can find the seventeenth century's PALAZZO BERLENDIS, listed among national monuments of Italy, that still preserves a rich and elegant stuccowork, made by Abbondio Stazio e Carpoforo Tencalla.
The palazzo is high-lightened by engravings and by the paintings by Lovisia, Carlevaris, Canaletto and Guardi.
The 120 square meters PALAZZO BERLENDIS Apartment, recently completely restored, is situated in the mezzanine of Palazzo Berlendis and it overlooks, with its six windows, on "Rio dei Mendicanti".
